WEEKEND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
ABOUT
Recognizing the need to educate, create improved Indian competitiveness in the Engineering design and research and promote the advance research activities in the country, NDRF introduced a defined, structured, Internship program for creating a ground-breaking mindset and high quality academic research among young engineering students.
NDRF internship program is designed to educate the students by organizing lectures from the subject matter experts, technical advisors of NDRF, practicing engineers, scientists from ISRO, DRDO, NAL, HAL, IISc, Wipro, Infosys and from various Govt. and private industries.
Weekend Internship program has a galaxy of speakers who been Leaders in Research, Technology Development, Innovation, System Engineering, Manufacturing, Production and Project Management.
The sessions have been structured to ensure diffusion of contemporary advances and research in multiple engineering disciplines so as to foster a culture of innovation by integrating technologies, and include the following:WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Engg subjects: Salient topics from respective engineering disciplines.Technical Subjects: UAV Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Aircraft Systems, Bio-printing, Additive manufacturing, Internet of things, Machine Learning, Electrical Mobility.
Soft Skills: Etiquettes and manners, How to face interview, Job opening in R&D, Resume writing, Presentation Skills, public speaking, Group discussions, Activity-based learning, technical book review, interview preparation etc.
Field visit: Industrial visit to reputed aerospace organizations.
We invite pre-final and final year engineering students of all disciplines to participate in this program.
